Our store offers free shipping for orders of 2 or more. We are from China and all items will be shipped from China.

1: We work with international couriers such as DHL, Fedex, EMS, Yanwen Logistics, Yuntu Logistics, etc. Our products can be delivered to most countries and regions in the world, but the price and delivery time vary depending on the location of shipment.                               

2: We will send the package within 3 days of receiving the order, and it takes 10 to 15 days for the package to be shipped to most countries.

3: The estimated range is not guaranteed. We will do our best to meet these estimated ranges, but current production levels, seasonal differences and shipping services may cause additional shipping time.

4: Please keep your phone online and check your emails (including spam) regularly. If the package is returned or destroyed because the recipient cannot be contacted, you will not receive a refund. Usually the courier will keep the package for 15 days. We will try our best to contact the courier to deliver the package again, which depends on the service quality of different courier companies.

You don't need to pay any customs duties, there are no additional fees. If you encounter any customs issues, please contact us immediately and we will solve or reissue them for you, so you don't have any worries and as our customer, you will not suffer any losses.

Customers can cancel their orders at any time before the order is shipped, and we will immediately refund the amount received from you, but the collection fees charged by Paypal or banks may not be refunded, depending on the payment method you choose.

Cancel the order within 24 hours after the payment is successful, and we will refund all the money you received, including shipping costs.

Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but it can be returned.

Please note that you need to pay for the return shipping yourself unless the return is due to our fault, such as:

a- Wrong product: The item received is different from the picture on our website.

b- Product defect: The product is defective in quality, wrong size, wrong color.

c- Delivery delay: If the product is not delivered or the final delivery time is twice as long as the estimated time, you will receive a refund.

2: Clearance items are not returnable.
